Where I live now and a place I lived earlier

The sunshine state, Florida. You feel difference even if you don't move faraway.Just I can say is there is "no snow." I had been St.Petersburg for a year and half than moved to Gainesville last year. I still don't now a lot of things here but basically access to the big cities, envitoment and recreations are very comparable.
First of all, Gainesville is cross to Jacsonville which is about 70 miles away from. But I've never been there because where i usually go is Tampa or Orland; therefor, distance from Gainesville is much farther, from St.Petersburg is nearer to get there.
Second of all, St.Petersburg is beside the gulf of Mexico, you can go fishing after the school everyday and catch differnt fishes depends on the season. In one case, you can enjoy marin sports; however, Gainesville is middle of Florida which has a lot of naturs such as groves, swamp or lake and near to the Atlantic ocean and gulf of Mexico. In my episode, lake here is a little bit debgerous because of aligaters. Onece I caught a baby aligater when I was fishing. For these reasons, you can enjoy in differnt ways.
Third of all, stores in Gainesville close earlier than St.Petersburg because St.Petersburg is kind of a tourist city that's why stores are open untill latenaight. In contrast, latenight at Gainesvill is kept serenity except down town. Neverthless, power of young people are great wherever you spend.
Consequently, as the American proverb sais"When in Rome, do as romans do." So you enjoy like people do in your new place. And learn from new people. There is a lot of comparable things between places although in the same state.

How to get along with people from many different cultures.

This country, U.S. is good place to meet many different cultures. You get along with people from many different countries in your job, school, sometimes at the super market.e.t.c....
First of all, you need to get ready for your self. If you live in the different country, you must have had some culture shock. Some people hide in the shell, means keep yourslf in your community. But what I recommend to do is accept a lot of difference and absorb or learn form these things than get yourself stronger because you don't know how big the sea is while your swimming the sea.
Second of all, respect. Each country has respect in different way. Yet, respet starts every relationships. Even though your family, you have to respect. Friends are same things in a lot of stuation. If you respect your friends, your boss and also yourself, around you respect you.
Third of all, smile. If you can accept and respect people no matter where they come from, you can smile from your feeling. Being proud of your culture is a great thing to live. But boring pride is makes you not intersting and not bring smile for each people.
Therefor, getting along with people from many cultures are not so difficult if you accept another clutures, respect another cultuers and swallow your pride a little bit/

5 things I couldn't live without.

People are greedy. When I come to U.S., I just brought some clothes because I use to live in dorm and have a cafeteria inside. While I was living there, my desires are getting bigger and bigger. Began from the car, or I wanted to eat Japanese food. So, when I moved to gainesville, I bought a car and moved to an apartment which I can have my room, with four roommates tho.
First of all, three minimam necessity of human living is having clothes, food and house. In those things, there is small greedy for each things. For example, I wanted to have my own room, I buy more clothes depend on seasons and I want to cook my food for my tast and ingredientes from Japan. I repeart that every month.
Secound of all, after you get those three things, you cannot satisy anymore about your life.In other hand, it can possibly called ambitious than you want to buy a ride soon. To see futher or to enjoy. That's why I bought a car. I took a lisence here and found a car myself. I can now go to everywhere. Nearly shoping to futher NY I drive.
Thired of all, I am from country side of Japan. In St. Petersberg, I used to go to beach everyday.Neverthless, I miss mountains so much.Than I realised what you need is enviroment you want. Coming here is right because whole naturs make me nostalgic and feeling comfortable. Moreover, if I can be selfish I want to see snow.
In conclusion, clothes, foods, house, a ride and nature are necesary for me.

All the things I hide when people visit your home.

Depends on the people who visit your home, you hide some things. Not only stuff but also everybody has some things in the mind or heart. Especially, women's heart is like the sea, they can hide everything inside as deep as the sea. As shown above, hiding is normal human instinct.
First of all, what I don't want to show to visiters is commonly "rubers". Guys don't care about porn books or videos. But if I let it put outside of my desk, I am interfered by friends and also girls are afraid to come my home again. So just keep it somewhere if someone come to visit.
Secound of all, weapons, normally someone who has weapons in the house is abnormal but in order to practice my martial arts those are necessary for me. Yet, that makes visiters feel dangerous because it seems weird. Moreover, come tomy house and hurt your self is dishonorable for visiters. To sum up, I don't hide any weapons but that is necessary to put away in the safety place.
Third of all, some girls, a landlord and sometimes guys don't like smoking in side the house. That's why I hide what I'm smoking as hiding an ashtray or spray around my room. In particular, business meetings are prohibited to smoke. Furthermore, girls don't like to smell cigarette from thire clothes.
In summary, I hide some stuff when visiters come for safety and not being rude, also disrespectful.

River

A lot of rivers in this world.

In my philosophy, meeting people in your life is like a river.

When you are born, you were narrow and thin as a brook.

A going down stream become wider and stronger.

A rapid stream go over mountains and break rock.

A crystal stream does not go down against a current.

Betwixt the brook to the sea, you meet, relate and also leave a lot of people than became friends, acquaintance, companions and rivals.

Some people are like accumulated in the artificial dam, the small pound, swamp or the big lake.

But it goes to the sea.
